The Paul C. Reinert, S.J., Center for Transformative Teaching and Learning will hold an information session about this year’s Innovative Teaching Fellowships from noon to 1 p.m., Sept. 19, in Room 213, Des Peres Hall.
The two-semester fellowship provides funding to cover a one-course reduction in teaching in order to support course re-design and instructional development activities during the semester prior to teaching in the center’s Learning Studio, and classroom and ongoing instructional development support during the semester of teaching in the Learning Studio.
Those applying for the fellowships must attend an information session prior to submitting the application.
There are three stages to the application process for the fellowship:
Attend a pre-application Information Session.
Secure approval from both the applicant’s department chair or program director and their dean.
Submit a complete application by 5 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 2.
Two other information sessions will be offered on Sept. 20.
