The Happiness and Well Being Project's Race and Well Being lecture, "Race and Resilience in America: The High Costs of Being Poor in the Land of the Dream, will take place at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 5, in the St. Louis Room in Busch Student Center.

Carol Graham, Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution and professor in the School of Public Policy at the University of Maryland, will be the guest speaker.

A reception with refreshments will follow the presentation.

Free parking is available in the Laclede and Olive garages.
