Racism and God-Talk: Theological Conversations on Race, Religion and Social Responsibility

Monday, 02 October, 2017

Please join us from 7 o 9 p.m. Monday, Oct. 2, in Carlo Auditorium (Tegeler Hall) for pizza and the first in a series of talks inviting SLU students to discuss the role of religion in conversations about complex social issues.

Our first talk will include a viewing of documentary footage on the “Unite the Right” protests in Charlottesville, followed by a discussion moderated by members of the theology faculty.

This event is sponsored by the Department of Theological Studies, the Office of Mission and Identity, and the College of Arts and Sciences.
