Members of the community are invited to join Chief Information Officer David Hakanson and representatives from Blackboard to provide feedback on support services provided by the company.
In March, 2017 the University entered an agreement with Blackboard, Inc. for help desk support services, including phone, email, and chat support. The new model enabled phone support to be expanded 24x7x365 and allows IT support staff to spend more time focusing on on-site support needs. In an effort to improve the quality of this service, David Hakanson, Vice President, CIO and Chief Innovation Officer has asked Blackboard leadership to join three open fora on campus October 9.
The times will be:
11 a.m. - DuBourg Hall, Room 406
1 p.m. - Scott Hall, Room 116
2:30 p.m. - LRC, Room 108
Blackboard will be using the feedback received in these open fora in order to improve the services they are providing to Saint Louis University. If you are unable to attend one of the open fora, but would like to provide feedback, please email David Hakanson at David.Hakanson@health.slu.edu.
