The Institutional Review Board (IRB) will offer its "Submitter 101" training course on Monday, Oct. 16, from 1 to 2 p.m. The training in online and login instructions will be emailed upon RSVP.
The class will cover the basic history and mission of the IRB; how to determine which projects need review; choosing the appropriate forms to submit; basic information on the submission and approval process; and tips for successful submissions within the eIRB system.
Submitter 101 is for SLU students and staff newly involved in research or seeking a refresher on the basics of submitting to the IRB.
