Farm to Fork: Native Bee Pollinated Foods

DineSLU, in collaboration with researchers from the Center for Sustainability, is hosting a celebratory farm-to-fork dinner from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 19 at Grand Hall’s dining hall.

Those taking part can treat themselves to dinner while learning about 4,500 species of bees native to North America and the St. Louis region that help to pollinate the ingredients to the meal.
