The Religious Pluralism Conference, a student-led conference sponsored by Pauline Lee, Ph.D., will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, Dec. 12, in Room 142, Adorjan Hall.
The conference promotes religious understanding and pluralism in the greater St. Louis area.
Daniel Finucane, Ph.D., will give a keynote talk at the event and students who visited a range of religious sites will speak on their site visits and on the sustainable community service projects they undertook promoting religious pluralism. Religions that students engaged with included Scientology, Hinduism, Sikhism, Buddhism, Islam and the Baptist faith among others.
Refreshments will be offered and visitors may come and go throughout the event’s duration.
