The College for Public Health and Social Justice will hold an evening of bowling on Friday, Jan. 26, from 6 to 8 p.m. at its 2018 Bowl-a-Thon. The evening takes place at the Moolah Lanes, 3821 Lindell Blvd.
The event benefits professional development activities for the students in the college. Ten percent of the night’s proceeds will be donated.
Opportunities to show off bowling skills and to compete against the college’s interim dean, Thomas Burroughs, Ph.D., will be offered.
Register electronically for a discount of $50 per five-person team or $12 person.
The event costs $60 per five-person team or $15 per person at the door. Children age 12 or younger can take part for free. Bowling shoes and food are included with the price of admission.
