The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women’s Health will hold a Grand Rounds on Friday, Jan. 12, from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m., in the Kohler Auditorium, SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital.
Carolyn McCourt, M.D., associate professor in the Division of Gynecologic Oncology at the Washington University School of Medicine, will present, “Finding the Adnexal Mass: To Follow, Operate or Refer?”
The rounds’ objectives are:
To identify the strengths and weaknesses of different imaging modalities used to evaluate adnexal masses.
To identify the strengths and weaknesses of differing serologic tests used to triage adnexal mass surgery.
To understand referral recommendations for adnexal masses.
