Saint Louis University's Center for Service and Community Engagement, in conjunction with Metropolitan Congregations United (MCU), will hold a Local Advocacy and Community Organizing Training on from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 10, in Room 204, Wuller Hall.

Students will have the opportunity to learn the basics of community organizing from MCU staff. They will also have time to practice skills necessary in organizing and to learn about the application through MCU's School to Prison Pipeline Campaign.

Lunch will be provided.

Participants must register by Wednesday, Jan. 31, to reserve a spot at the training.
