Michelle Mueller, co-owner of Shameless Grounds, a St. Louis coffee shop, will speak at the next “Coffee and Cool Women” session at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 6, in Room 144, McGannon Hall.
Shameless Grounds opened in spring 2011, offering food, drink, welcoming meeting spaces and an expansive lending library with a wide variety of media related to human sexuality, entertainment and education. The coffee shop offers patrons educational resources and contact points. Mueller will discuss her experience as a female business owner who operates an adult-oriented, niche coffee shop. The talk is open and coffee and snacks will be provided.
The event is co-sponsored by ACTIO and Department of Women's and Gender Studies.
