The Institutional Review Board will offer its “Central IRB 101,” course online from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 22. Log-in instructions will be e-mailed upon RSVP.
The course will cover the basics of the Central IRB Reliance Program including the SLU process for using central IRBs, as well as the specifics of working with the University’s current established partners including eligibility requirements, the submission process and investigator's post-approval requirements.
Central IRB 101 is for SLU researchers or coordinators who are interested in learning the basics of the Central IRB Reliance Program. This course focuses on specialized submissions under the program and does not need to be taken to learn basic IRB submission information.
