Roger Goldman, J.D., Callis Family Professor of Law Emeritus and the nation’s foremost expert on police licensing and license revocation laws, will speak at noon, Tuesday, April 17, in Scott Hall, Room 1066.
His talk is titled, “Police Decertification in the Ferguson and #MeToo Era.”
In December, Goldman penned a Newsweek op-ed about this topic, and will expound on it in this talk.
This year, Goldman was selected as the recipient of the Darrow Award, given at the PILG (Public Interest Law Group) Auction. This talk is sponsored by PILG and the Criminal Law Society (CLS).
