The John Cook School of Business welcomes guest speaker Ronald Kruszewski, chairman of the board and chief executive officer, Stifel Financial Corp., for the Dean’s Breakfast Series on Thursday, Sept. 8.
The Dean’s Breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. with a complimentary networking breakfast, and Kruszewski’s presentation will begin at 8 a.m. in the Cook School’s A-B Auditorium.

About the Speaker
Ronald J. Kruszewski is chairman of the board of directors of Stifel Financial Corp. and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated. He joined the firm as chief executive officer in September 1997.
Kruszewski serves on the board of directors of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) and the American Securities Association (ASA). He was reappointed by the St. Louis Federal Reserve board of directors to serve a one-year term on the Federal Advisory Council for 2016. Additionally, he serves on the board of trustees for the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Team Foundation.
Active in community affairs, Kruszewski serves as chairman of Downtown Now! and as a member of the board of directors of the St. Louis Regional Chamber and Barnes Jewish Hospital. He is also past chairman of the board of directors of Downtown St. Louis Partnership, Inc. and past non-executive chairman of the board of directors of Angelica Corporation. Kruszewski is a member of the Regional Business Council in St. Louis and of the St. Louis Chapter of World Presidents’ Organization.
