The Disaster Recovery Institute (DRI) Conference will take place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 15, at Saint Louis University's John Cook School of Business.
This is a professional-level engagement, with interdisciplinary presentations by experts in the world of business continuity, risk management and related disciplines. The program covers topics ranging from aligning with ISO in a non-regulated environment, to planning for non-predictable events, in a regional showcase of interest local and undervisited audiences.
Speakers will include instructors and an alumnus from SLU, among other experts.
This event is a low-cost opportunity for certified and other professionals to gain worthwhile knowledge, as well as a chance to collect the necessary units, points or experience needed to maintain certifications through DRI or other certifying organizations.
To provide education and networking conference opportunities for DRI-certified professionals and continuity leaders and introduce the profession to interested college seniors, graduate students and university faculty in a day-long regional event format.
