Live Well: ‘The Well You: The Sum of Your Well-Being is Greater Than the Parts’

Join SLU colleagues in attending the next Live Well session: ‘The Well You.’

“Are you living a life of well-being? Achieving a life of well-being takes honest reflection to identify our strengths and challenges and a willingness to ask others for support.”

The session will be led by Lexie Dendrinelis from Vitality, SLU’s employee wellness provider.

The workshop will take place from 11 a.m. to noon, Thursday, Sept. 15, in the Allied Health Building Multipurpose Room.

Through discussion, partner activities and independent reflection, attendees will learn:

  1. The different aspects of well-being and the influence of each on living a well-life.
  2. How to assess your current state of overall well-being
  3. Strategies for cultivating your state well-being in a busy world

About Live Well: Live Well is part of the Employee Wellness program for SLU employees. Live Well is run through HR with the purpose of addressing personal, spiritual and financial well-being. Speakers include SLUCare physicians, faculty, staff and outside partners who volunteer to share their expertise. The program is offered monthly for one hour (11 a.m. to noon) and sessions are intended to be educational and interactive with audience participation. Attendees are eligible to receive 35 Vitality points.
