As the nation further drifts into becoming “The Divided States of America,” what are best practices for promoting difficult dialogue on race and ethnicity in the college classroom? International and domestic students will present best practices for addressing difficult dialogue centered on race and ethnicity.
This review of best practices will follow student reflections on their own experiences with difficult dialogue in post-secondary settings. Race often is an underlying issue in debates over migration. Our presentation by international students will address the intersection of race and migrant status.
This event will be in the Busch Student Center 253A.
