The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neuroscience will host its 2019 Carolyn Wells-Peterson Memorial Lecture at 8 a.m. on Thursday, May 9 in the Education Union.
This year’s lecture, “Older-Age Bipolar Disorder,” will be given by Martha Sajatovic, M.D., professor of psychiatry and neurology at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio.
Sajatovic is a researcher, educator and clinician who has devoted herself to the study and treatment of traditionally hard-to treat populations with psychiatric disorders. She holds the Willard Brown Chair in Neurological Outcomes at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center (UHCMC) /Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She is board-certified in behavioral neurolology/neuropsychiatry.
