The Department of Neurology will host a Grand Rounds from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. on Monday, April 22, in Lecture Hall 1, Schwitalla Hall.
Augusto Miravalle, M.D., is an associate professor of neurology at the University of Florida College of Medicine, and is the associate chair for education and chief of the multiple sclerosis division. Miravalle received his medical degree at the University of La Plata in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He completed his neurology residency training at Loyola University, where he served as chief resident of education. He subsequently completed a clinical neuroimmunology fellowship at Harvard University.
