Are you interested in spending Spring Break 2017 in Madrid, Spain?
The School of Education at Saint Louis University invites you to participate in Global Perspectives: Comparative Systems in Higher Education a graduate course that includes a spring break graduate study tour in Spain. This course led by Saint Louis University faculty member, Dr. Mark Pousson, will examine critical issues that are part of the universal conversation in the field of higher education such as the globalization of higher education, multi-national learning initiatives, and global academic practices, all of which are part of the universal conversation in the field of higher education. What you gain is the diversification of your portfolio, as you will have relevant experience in international higher education.
The supplemental graduate study tour gives you the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the current issues in Spanish comparative higher education as well as Spain’s rich culture. You will interact with students, faculty, and administrators at Spain’s higher education institutions as you broaden your understanding of some of these highly regarded postsecondary institutions.
We want to extend a special invitation to Saint Louis University Graduate Assistants as your tuition package may cover the course tuition. You could participate in this distinctive graduate study tour for only the cost of the trip.
To hear more on this course, join us for an informational meeting on Thursday, October 20 at 3:15 p.m. in Fitzgerald Hall 123. Dr. Pousson and prior attendees will provide in-depth details about the course and will be available to answer other questions you may have.
We look forward to seeing you there.
