Neuro@Noon will meet at noon on Thursday, Dec. 5, in Room M360, Schwitalla Hall.
Tim Doyle, M.D., will present, describing a recent article published in Science magazine, “Slide-seq: A scalable technology for measuring genome-wide expression at high spatial resolution.”
The article describes a new technique to map gene expression at the single-cell level within biological tissue sections. Specifically, the authors investigate the temporal evolution of cerebellar Purkinje cells in an animal model of traumatic brain injury.
Neuro@Noon will meet at noon on the first Thursday of every month in M360 Schwitalla Hall, the large Pharm/Phys conference room.
