The Center for Health Law Studies has been listed as a top program since the rankings were first published.

“We are once again honored to be given the top distinction in a prestigious field of health law programs,” said Rob Gatter, J.D., director of the Center for Health Law Studies. “We are fortunate to be part of an institution that supports health programs across the University. It empowers our faculty to be internationally recognized scholars and sought after leaders in their field.”

Established in 1982, the Center for Health Law Studies was one of the first law school programs to focus on the intersection of the health care system and the legal system. The Center provides four health related dual-degree programs, including the J.D./MHA, which has been available to students for more than 30 years. The law school recently announced the addition of two new internationally recognized health law scholars to their faculty.
