Saint Louis University to Hold Conference Exploring Emerging Technologies in Supply Chain Industry

The one-day event is hosted by SLU’s Center for Supply Chain Excellence

ST. LOUIS - Saint Louis University’s Center for Supply Chain Excellence will host its second Tech-Chain conference on Friday, Oct. 17, at SLU’s Busch Student Center.

The conference will bring together experts from academia and industry to share insights into emerging technologies in the supply chain industry.

“TECH-CHAIN 2025 will bring together global leaders, innovators, and practitioners to explore how emerging technologies are reshaping supply chains,” said Vineet Sharma, director of SLU’s Center for Supply Chain Excellence. “This is the must-attend event in St. Louis for anyone committed to driving transformation, innovation, and impact in the future of supply chain.”

The speakers will include Beth Cudney, Ph.D., professor of data analytics at Maryville University; Udaya Kumar, Rockwell Automation; Amy Narishkin, Ph.D., CEO of Empowering Partners; Kristina O’Brien, deputy to the commanding general, Scott Air Force Base; Ehap Sabri, Ph.D., partner/principal at Ernst Y Young; and Marcia D. Williams, supply chain consultant.

SLU’s Center for Supply Chain Excellence offers training and education about various supply chain tools and activities — such as supplier relationships, purchasing management, operations and inventory management, logistics and transportation, quality measurement and information technology — through programs, events, publications and interactions with corporate supply chain professionals.

The conference will be held in person at Saint Louis University. Advance registration is required. An early bird registration rate of $99 is available through Oct. 1.
