Lobster, Paladin Named to Women In Leadership Cohort
Two members of the Saint Louis University community have been named to the FOCUS St. Louis Women In Leadership.
LySyin Lobster, operations coordinator for Habitat for Neighborhood Business (SLU-HNB)
in the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business, and Kelly Paladin, assistant director
of communication in the Office of Admission, were two of the 27 women named to the fall 2026 cohort.
The Women In Leadership program, held each fall and spring, offers professionals the
opportunity to refine their leadership competencies, gain a deeper understanding of
the St. Louis region, and connect with women from across sectors and backgrounds.
Through interviews and field days, participants explore different styles of leadership and tap into the wisdom of business, community and civic leaders, while also honing their facilitation, negotiation and communication skills. Upon graduation, participants join the extensive network of more than 11,000 FOCUS alumni.
Recognized as a national model for civic leadership development, FOCUS St. Louis provides leaders with the civic awareness and powerful connections needed to be collaborative changemakers who advance a thriving region for all.
