Christian Life Communities Forming for Spring Semester

Are you thirsting for more in your personal relationships, prayer life or relationship with God? Consider joining a Christian Life Community.

Christian Life Communities, or CLCs, are groups of six to 10 people who meet weekly for an hour to pray with scripture, seek a deeper appreciation of God's activity in their lives, and to build friendships in the Lord. Christian Life Communities are rooted in community, spirituality and mission, and build upon these pillars through their time together.

With the help of an experienced guide, CLCs use Ignatian Spirituality to examine the work of God in everyday life. New CLC members are asked to be committed to being present at every meeting for the first 10 weeks, to the very best of your ability, as the groups discern both the call of individual members and call to continue with the small faith community.

Currently, more than 300 faculty, staff, and students are involved in CLC groups at SLU. New communities are forming now. Register by Friday, Jan. 27, or contact campus minister Jen Petruso at jpetruso@slu.edu for more information.
