SLU Community Can 'Rise Up' with Ignatian Solidarity Network

07/26/2017

Starting on July 31, the Feast of St. Ignatius, members of the SLU community can sign up to receive reflections and readings centered on social justice issues and Jesuit spirituality through the Ignatian Solidarity Network.

SLU community members can join the network by signing up for 'Rise Up: A Weekly Call to Solidarity,' which will be delivered via email.

The University is an institutional member of the network, which encourages members to consider weekly Sunday readings within the context of Ignatian spiritual teachings and in ways to stand with peoples both affected by social injustice and with those working to alleviate injustice in the United States and wider world.

The daily reflections will also be available via Facebook and Twitter. For questions, contact Sue Chawszczewski, director of campus ministry.
