Fresh Gatherings Offers Summer Deli Menu

Fresh Gatherings Café, located in the lower level of the Allied Health Professions Building, has recently introduced a deli menu to its summer dining options.

The new deli menu is offered in addition to the traditional salad bar and daily soup selection that is available.

The menu features the Fresh Gatherings take on turkey, roast beef, salami grilled cheese, ham and cheese, BLT and other sandwich options.

Each sandwich on the deli menu comes with a house-made dill pickle and can be packaged with chips.

Fresh Gatherings is open for summer hours between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday.
