Administrative System Demos Set This Week

11/27/2017

As announced in the Sept. 27 Newslink edition, Information Technology Services (ITS) has worked with stakeholders across the University to complete an Request for Information process (RFI) to evaluate a future core administrative system, currently known as Ellucian Banner. This review is necessary to meet the future goals of the University and to deliver the capabilities required to meet SLU’s objectives.

As a result of the RFI process, three vendors have been scheduled for product demonstrations (demos). The University community is invited to view the demos, either in person in Room 374, Wool Center, or through Fuze. Individuals are welcome to join any or all sessions in person or through Fuze.

The agenda for the demos is as follows:

The following vendors will be visiting campus this week:

The agenda for each day will be the same and the daily agenda is as follows:

After the demos, attendees will be asked to complete a survey to provide feedback about each vendor. The survey link is available at Administrative System Presentation Survey.

At the end of these demos, a recommendation will be made to University leadership regarding the next administrative system, either by staying with SLU’s current partner (Ellucian Banner) or by moving to a new system.
