First-Year Experience Leaders Needed

The First-Year Experience Leader (FYE) positions have been posted and the application went live on Friday, Nov. 10. Positions that are available for application include SLU 101 Leader, Oriflamme Fall Orientation Leader, Commuter Assistant, Transfer Mentor and University 101 Peer Instructor.

FYE information sessions will be held on the following dates:

• Wednesday, Nov. 15, 4 p.m., Sinquefield Room, DuBourg Hall, fourth floor
• Thursday, Nov. 16, 5:30 p.m., Room 256, Busch Student Center
• Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2018, 4 p.m., Room 253 A/B, Busch Student Center
• Thursday, Jan. 18, 2018, 5:30 p.m., Room 253 A/B, Busch Student Center

More information about the application process, information sessions, important dates, and job descriptions can be found here. The application for those interested in participating as in FYE roles who are not studying abroad during the Spring 2018 semester closes on Jan. 19, 2018.

For students studying abroad in spring 2018, please note the following altered timeline:

The application for all FYE positions will be available online through the Website. The application window will close on Monday, Nov. 27, for those studying abroad spring 2018.
