University Community to Gather for All Souls Day Tribute

Saint Louis University's faculty, students, staff and friends will gather for a special tribute on Thursday, Nov. 2 to honor and remember those who have passed away as for All Souls Day, a traditional Catholic feast day.

As part of the noon Mass at St. Francis Xavier College Church, individuals can honor deceased loved ones with a luminary bearing the person’s name by making a donation to any SLU fund. The luminaries will be displayed at the All Souls’ Day Mass.

This is the second year the University has had the opportunity to honor passed loved ones with luminaries. SLU has held a memorial in honor of All Souls Day for 25 years.
