University Feedback Survey Feedback Window Closing on Feb. 28

02/09/2018

Faculty and staff at Saint Louis University are encouraged to participate in SLU's 2018 University Feedback Survey. The survey launched on Monday, Feb. 12.

University President Fred P. Pestello, Ph.D., announced the survey on Friday, Feb. 9, in a President's Message to the SLU community.

SLU faculty and staff will be emailed a link to the survey from slusurvey@willistowerswatson.com. The survey is administered by Willis Towers Watson, an independent consulting firm. The survey is entirely confidential.

Those participating will have until Wednesday, Feb. 28, to complete it. The survey's original deadline was Friday, Feb. 23.

More than 2,300 of SLU’s faculty and staff have submitted their feedback to let their voice be heard. Due to the business leading up to mid semester for many groups throughout the University, and to provide everyone ample opportunity to participate, the survey has been extended and will be available through Feb. 28.

The survey, which takes about 15 minutes, asks questions that touch on many aspects of working at SLU, including employee engagement, communication, empowerment and inclusiveness.

Results will be shared with the entire SLU community at town hall meetings to be held in April.  Survey results will help pinpoint specific actions to advance the University.

Results of 2014 were used to create the Cura program and results of the 2016 survey resulted in leadership development workshops that have already been attended by over 100 faculty and staff supervisors at SLU. For more information, view the University Feedback Survey website.
