Phi Beta Kappa Society Seeks Help for Induction Ceremony

02/20/2018

SLU’s chapter of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society is seeking help with its annual Induction Ceremony set for Tuesday, May 1.

The ceremony, in the Pere Marquette Gallery, will run from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

The Chapter's work bestows an important recognition on SLU students as they advance in their academic and professional careers. Participation in this committee counts as service to the College of Arts and Sciences.

Founded in 1776, Phi Beta Kappa is the oldest and considered to be the most prestigious honor society of the liberal arts and sciences. Saint Louis University is one of 283 colleges and universities who have been awarded a Phi Beta Kappa chapter.  SLU’s PBK community is made up of all faculty, staff, and students who themselves have been inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

Those interested in serving should contact Bruce O’Neill, Ph.D., or Robert Pampel, Ph.D., for more details.
