Applications Outage Planned

Information Technology Services (ITS) will apply security patches to several servers that support the mySLU portal, Banner Self-Service, and other applications on Sunday, Jan. 7.

Applications may be temporarily unavailable between 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Unavailable applications and services during the maintenance period include:

  • Cliqbook & Concur Expense
  • Cognos Reporting
  • Payment Suite
  • Qualtrics Survey Tool
  • Service Desk Password Tool
  • SLU 101 Registration
  • SLU Appointments
  • SLU Connection (Groups)
  • SkillSoft
  • Student Housing
  • SurveyDIG
  • TaskStream
  • Automic Job scheduler (jobs on hold)
  • WebFocus Dashboard and Report Delivery System
  • WebXtender
  • Workflow processing
  • Billiken Buy

A redirect will be in place for the mySLU portal and the following applications on the “Tools” tab:

  • SendThisFile
