Young Adult Volunteers Needed for Memory Study

The Brain and Cognition Lab in the Psychology Department of Saint Louis University is conducting a study to examine word memory and seeks participants.

Participants must be native English-speaking healthy adults between the ages of 18 and 22 who have never been diagnosed with a neurological condition, psychiatric condition, learning disability or a head injury resulting in loss of consciousness for over five minutes.

Participants in this study will complete a word memory task and a demographic questionnaire. The research session will last approximately 30 minutes. 

A $10 gift card will be provided as compensation for participation.

The Institutional Review Board (IRB) protocol number for the study is 28148 and the approval date is May 14, 2018. The supervising faculty member for the study is Brenda Kirchhoff, Ph.D.
