ITS Updating Systems Friday, Some Applications Offline

Information Technology Services (ITS) will perform mandatory upgrades to ApplicationXtender (AppXtender and WebXtender) to bring them to version 16.3, and to BDM (Banner Document Management) this weekend.

The anticipated maintenance window will be from 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 16, through 7 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 18.

The following applications will be unavailable during the maintenance window:

• ACES2
• AppWorx
• AppXtender and WebXtender
• Automic
• Axiom
• Banner (both Banner Self-Service and Internet Native Banner)
• BossCars
• Cognos
• eProcurement (Billiken Buy)
• IntelliCheck
• Operational Data Store (ODS)
• TouchNet
• WebFOCUS
• Workflow
