Micah Students Host Neighborhood Halloween Party

Continuing a 20 year tradition, students in the Micah Program provided a safe and fun Halloween party for children in the Shaw Neighborhood on Saturday, Oct. 27, at the Shaw Community Center in the Mullanphy School gym.

More than 180 children and their families attended the celebration. Micah Program students worked the three-hour party, which included games, face painting, crafts, snacks, treats, prizes and a haunted house.

The party was funded by support of the Shaw Neighborhood Improvement Association's Helping Hands Grant. The Micah Program of Saint Louis University and the Sisters of the Adorers of the Blood of Christ were additional sponsors.
