'Toast of SLU' to Welcome Guest Speaker

Toast of SLU, Saint Louis University's Toastmasters Club, will host a special guest at its next meeting on Thursday, Nov. 8.

Herman Koester will provide in-depth presentation about the new Pathways Educational Program offered through Toastmasters.  He will also conduct a Q&A session.

The meeting will run from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Room 128, the Marvin and Harlene Wool Center HR Training Room, in Wool Center.

The Toast of SLU club is a chapter of Toastmasters International, a nonprofit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of meeting locations.

SLU's club has been in existence since October 2013 and is currently open to anyone who wants to join.
