Senior Legacy Symposium to Feature Nearly 200 Projects

04/25/2019

This year’s annual Senior Legacy Symposium will feature nearly 170 student presenters representing more than 50 academic departments across the University.

As the university’s largest undergraduate research exhibition, the symposium is an event that displays the outstanding academic and creative work of graduating students.

The symposium will take place Wednesday, May 1, from 3 to 5 p.m. in the Busch Student Center (BSC).

A smart phone app will serve as the event program and include the floor plan, presentation schedule, full bios of each presenter and other event information. The app can be found and downloaded by searching “SLU Senior Legacy Symposium” on the App Store or Google Play Store.

Poster presentations and art pieces will be displayed from 3 to 5 p.m. in the Wool Ballroom, while oral and creative presentations are scheduled to take place throughout the BSC’s second and third floors during the same time.

Beginning at 5 p.m., there will be formal remarks and a reception with food. Participating students will receive a medal to acknowledge their achievement.

The most up-to-date versions of the oral/creative presentation schedule and the poster presentations are available here. The layout for poster presentations is available here and here.
