Volunteers Needed for Study on Sleep Quality, Caffeine Intake

Student volunteers are asked to complete an anonymous online survey about sleep quality for a chance to win a $20 gift card. 

Graduate students from the College for Public Health and Social Justice are doing a project about sleep quality.

The anonymous online survey seeks SLU students 21 and older to participate. Click the survey link to fill out a survey on sleep quality in relation to caffeine intake among students in Saint Louis University.

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes with 26 multiple choice questions, including one question providing a link to a lottery for winning a $20 gift card.

The researchers are seeking basic demographic information and information on sleep quality, sleep hygiene, caffeine intake, alcohol, tobacco use and physical activity.

The deadline to complete the survey is April 19.
