Study on Nurses' Work and Well-Being Needs Volunteers

02/07/2019

A research study about the influence of working in nursing on employee well-being and success seeks volunteers. The goal is to identify ways to optimally help support nurses and caregivers.

Participants should be 18 to 89 years of age, currently employed as a nurse, work more than one shift on average per week and identify as working with “high severity” or “high risk” patients.

This study is a four-wave panel longitudinal design that will include administration of self-report online questionnaires (20 minutes long each) to nurses weekly for four consecutive weeks.

Participants will be compensated with a $5 Amazon gift card for each survey they participate in and a total of $20 possible in Amazon gift cards for participating in all four surveys.

Participants will also have one entry into a raffle for a $25 Amazon gift card for each survey they participate in and four entries possible for participating in all four surveys.

The survey is available here
