SLUCare Employee Training Window Open

All SLUCare employees have until Friday, March 1 to complete required annual training modules. The training modules are available through SkillSoft in MySLU.

Training Modules

• Module 1 – 2019 Annual Training Module 1/All SLUCare. This module is for all SLUCare employees regardless of role.  
• Module 2 – 2019 Annual Training Module 2/Clinical Employees. This module is for employees who work in or adjacent to patient care areas and/or have direct patient contact.
• In addition to Modules 1 and 2, all clinical employees must also complete the Bloodborne Pathogen Awareness and A.L.I.C.E. (Active Shooter) trainings also located in SkillSoft.

Completion of all training modules are required by Friday, March 1.

SLUCare is committed to maintaining the safety of patients, employees, faculty and staff.  All academic medical centers, including SLUCare, must provide ongoing organization-wide training in order to comply with regulations created by the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA), CMS (Medicare and Medicaid), The Office of Civil Rights, Managed Care Payers and other organizations.  Online annual training covers numerous topics and was created to offer a single pathway to fulfill numerous regulations and annual requirements.
