Demolition of Two Buildings Underway on Laclede Avenue

During the next two weeks, demolition crews will be taking down two University-owned buildings along Laclede Ave.

The first is a former two-family flat located just west of Beracha Hall. The second demolition will be the building which previously housed Diablito’s restaurant at 3761 Laclede Ave.

At this time, there are no plans for new construction at either location and grass will be planted when the demolitions are completed.
