ITS Seeking Feedback on Improving Technology Processes

As part of an initiative to improve technology related processes, Information Technology Services (ITS) is soliciting feedback from the University community on ways to improve current technology processes.

An example of an improved process is the removal of long-distance codes that was announced earlier this year. This change made the process easier for faculty and staff, while also simplifying billing and management of long-distance funds.

Those with ideas to improve an existing technology related process, should email vp-cio@slu.edu by Friday, May 31. The ideas will be reviewed and prioritized based on efficiency value.

ITS will provide an update in late summer regarding the technology related processes that will be selected for implementation.
