Summer Softball, Sand Volleyball Leagues Seek Players

The Department of Campus Recreation and Wellness’s Summer Softball and Sand Volleyball leagues are returning and are seeking SLU community members to play ball.

Entries will be accepted until Friday, May 24, and the registration fee is $25.00 per team.

League Details

• Softball games will take place on Monday nights.
• Sand Volleyball matches will be held on Tuesday nights.
• All games will be played in June and July. There will be a one-week break during the week of July 4.
• Softball will be played at the Women’s Softball Field across from Chaifetz Arena.
• Sand Volleyball is played at SLURuba next to the Simon Recreation Center.
• There will be seven regular league games in each sport followed by playoffs in the eighth week of play.

Play Ball

To participate in intramurals at SLU, players must first visit shopcampusrec.slu.edu to register to play and to pay the required fee.

Players will activate their IMLeagues accounts. Once an IMLeagues account is created, team captains can register their team, and players can join their registered team or teams.

A team or teams may not compete unless entry fees are paid.
