DineSLU Hosting 'Table for One' Cooking Class
DineSLU is hosting “Table for One,” an interactive cooking class presented by Sodexo's Kitchen Academy from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 14. The two-hour class is a chance for SLU students to learn how to make a great meal without spending all day stuck to a hot stove.
The Nov. 14 class will give participants the know-how to make shrimp, spinach, corn and black bean tacos, roasted corn salsa and mango cilantro salsa.
The class will be held at Campus Kitchen, Reinert Hall.

Kitchen Academy is a new Sodexo initiative that offers life skills training for SLU students, faculty and staff members.
Taught by the company’s executive head chef, Kitchen Academy is a premium program designed with resources and tools to teach basic “how-to’s” in the kitchen, from safety and knife skills to what to take to plan a party.
