ITS Upgrading Two-Factor Authentication App

To enhance security, performance and reliability, Information Technology Services (ITS) will perform an upgrade to the two- factor authentication application, SecureAuth, beginning on Friday, July 10 at 10 p.m. Most applications will be unavailable during this time, including mySLU, Office 365 and Workday.

The work period will last until 2 a.m. on Saturday, July 11.

Users who require access to these applications during the work period, should log-in prior to 10 p.m. on Friday July 10. New logins will be denied during the change window.
