High Performance Computing Support Partnership Launches

Saint Louis University's Research Computing Group (RCG) has partnered with Data In Science Technologies (DST), a leading high-performance computing (HPC) support organization, to assist the research community in utilizing the HPC environment.

The new partnership allows the University’s research community access to DST’s expertise to assure prompt and professional service for SLU’s HPC community.

Parallel with this transition, the DST is also launching the new HPC website, managed by SLU’s expert HPC partner. The site contains useful information related to cluster use, administration, available applications, as well serving as a central platform for customers to communicate with and submit requests directly to DST.

The preferred method for requests and communication with the new team is through the HPC-specific ticketing system on the new site, but DST will continue to handle all incoming HPC requests sent to hpc@slu.edu in a timely manner.
