Campus Rec Offers Virtual Summer Fitness Classes

The Department of Recreation and Wellness will continue to offer virtual, live fitness classes on multiple platforms including Zoom, Instagram Live and Facebook Live this summer.

The summer schedule runs from Monday, May 18, through Saturday, August 8.

All workouts are 45 minutes. Times listed are for Central Standard Time (CST).

Monday Classes
  • 8 a.m., “Gentle Yoga,” Facebook Live.
  • 5:30 p.m., “Zumba,” Zoom, Meeting ID: 656 523 969.
Tuesday Classes
  • 6 p.m., “Mat Pilates,” Zoom, Meeting ID: 944 2609 9286.
Wednesday Classes
  • 7:45 a.m., “All Levels Yoga Flow,” Facebook Live.
  • 5:30 p.m., “Pound Fitness,” Zoom, Meeting ID: 229 275 193.
  • 6 p.m., “Power Yoga,” Instagram Live.
Thursday Classes
 
  • 6 p.m., “Power Yoga,” Instagram Live.
Friday Classes
 
  • 5 p.m., “Yoga and Meditation,” Facebook Live.
Saturday Classes
 
  • 11:30 a.m., “Zumba,” Zoom, Meeting ID: 603 433 350.
