Senior Legacy Symposium Digital Abstract Collection Available

05/05/2020

A digital collection of abstracts from SLU’s annual Senior Legacy Symposium is now available online.

The Senior Legacy Symposium is the University’s annual celebration of undergraduate scholarly and creative work. The collection features abstracts for 88 different projects representing the work of nearly 150 students across campus.

With the cancellation of on-campus events due to the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the University Honors Program, which has coordinated the symposium on behalf of the Division of Academic Affairs, produced a digital abstract collection for students who were nominated by their departments/programs and would have otherwise presented at the Symposium.

Ciara Pink, graduate assistant for the Honors Program, designed the site to bring the work to life.

The symposium has provided a platform for distinguished students from all majors to share their culminating academic achievements with the campus community in the form of research posters, oral presentations, artistic exhibitions, and musical/dramatic performances since 2008.
