De-Stress as Semester Ends with Campus Rec and Wellness

The Department of Campus Recreation and Wellness will host several virtual yoga classes on Zoom with Colleen Caul, a 200HR registered yoga teacher, to help students relax and take a moment to center before and during finals week.
- Finding HeartCenter (All Levels Yoga Flow), Wednesday, Nov. 25, 9 a.m.
- Finals Week “Lunch Break” Yoga, Monday, Nov. 30, noon.
- Energizing Calm and Connection (All Levels Yoga Flow). Tuesday, Dec. 1, 8 a.m.
